"the drink machines on each floor did not work very well. For instance i put money in one machine and didn't get my drink, nor would it give my money back. the next floor's machine would not take my money. the next floor took my money and finally gave me a drink after much effort of putting in money time after time. Our room also had ants in it. Of which when we compained the only explanation was oh! we need to call an exterminator No offer to do anything else. and when told about the drink machines taking our money the only comment was we'll call the guy who fixes the machines no offer to give back money."
